Business apps and AI agents
Your business app, with an agent inside.
Your team juggles the CRM, the ERP, the inbox, the schedule, the drive. The same piece of information sits in five places. It is up to date in none of them.
We build the app your business actually needs. And while we build it, we make room for the agent that will work in it.
What we do
We build in this order.
Two steps to understand and organise. The app in the middle. Two steps to make it usable, by your team and by an agent.
We spend time on site before writing a line of code. What gets lost, what gets retyped, what it costs you. You leave with the list and the numbers, even if we stop there.
Where it starts
You are missing one tool. The one in the middle.
Each of your tools does its job. Nothing joins them up.
- One database
- One screen
- Everyone sees it live
- An agent can work in it
The quote is in the CRM. Someone retypes it into billing, then into the tracking spreadsheet. Three versions, and only one is right.
Inside
The agent works in there, with its own access.
It opens the same screens as your team. It has its own account, its own rights, and a line it does not cross.
A quote left unanswered, an email landing, or simply eight in the morning.
The engine
Any model, swapped without breaking a thing.
A small model to sort. A big one to write. One running on your own servers when the data must not leave.
Paying for a frontier model to sort email is burning money. We pick per step.
All the way down
At the bottom, it is your code.
The app, the agent, its rights: all of it written down in your own repo, with the accounts in your name. The day you take over, everything is there.

Where it fits
The same principle, in just about any trade.
We go where teams juggle several tools. The industry hardly matters.
Construction
- Sites
- Crew scheduling
- Progress claims
Sites, crew scheduling, progress claims, photos and reports.
The steps
We work in three stages.
Same for a ten-person company as for a thousand-person department.
We spend time with your team to see where information gets lost and what that costs you. You leave with a list and numbers, even if you stop there.
What we think
Five years from now, nobody will buy software where only a human can click. You may as well build yours now.
Your app talks to the tools you keep.
n8n, Make, Zapier, Slack, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Airtable, Supabase, PostgreSQL, Stripe, Claude, OpenAI, Mistral, Gemini, Twilio, Qdrant, Resend
The usual ones. If yours is not here, we find a way in: its API, its exports, or its screen.
Questions
What people always ask.
Are you rebuilding all our software?
No. We build the one that is missing in the middle, the one your day-to-day runs on. Accounting stays accounting, payroll stays payroll, and your app talks to them.
How is this different from off-the-shelf software?
Every action exists twice: a button for your team, and the same action an agent can trigger, with its own account and rights. Off-the-shelf software only gives you the button.
Can the agent do anything it likes in our systems?
No. Every action is filed under a level. Level 1, it acts. Level 2, it acts and tells you. Level 3, it waits for your go-ahead. You put anything that commits you at level 3: a price, a contract, a payment.
How long before we see something?
A few weeks. One module live and genuinely used before we open the next. No six-month programme before the first result.
Where does our data go?
Wherever you want. In Europe, on a private cloud, or on your own servers. It trains no model, and we settle the GDPR question before the first line of code.
Are we going to have to make people redundant?
No. We take away the retyping and the hunting for information, the people stay. What a machine is bad at is reading a situation and holding a customer relationship.
Who looks after it once it ships?
You, if you want: the code is yours, it is documented, your team is trained. Or us, with monitoring and an on-call line. You choose when you sign.
What does it cost?
A scoped automation starts around €5,000. A first app module, around €25,000. The audit gives you the figure before you commit to any build.
What can't you do?
Plenty. We do not replace your accounting or your payroll, we do not build consumer software, and we turn down projects where nobody on your side has time to answer our questions. Without that, we ship something useless.
Let's talk
Tell us what is driving you mad.
Describe your situation in a few lines. You get an answer within one working day with a first read, even if that answer is "this is not for us".
What happens next
- 1Thirty minutes on the phone to understand where you stand.
- 2We look at the tools you have and what is missing between them.
- 3A costed proposal, with the module we would build first.
No commitment. And we will not push a demo on you.
